Why do we call this channel donut??? First of all, this channel has nothing do with donuts nor are the regulars in channel donut, donut aficionados! the truth is we know nothing about donuts!! Are you still with me?? The story is going to get complicated from here on, but bear with me, the truth shall prevail.........: ) It all started with two of the channel founders named, Elaine and Jonathan. Elaine calls Jonathan, Jonat (see where this story is heading yet??) and Jonat coincidentally rhymes with .........you guessed it DONUT!!! So, Elaine and Jonathan together with a couple of friends created channel donut as means of escaping the hum-drum (in other words boring!) channel that they usually meet in...And the story of channel donut takes off from there.... The people in channel donut are mostly Malaysians. We do encourage everyone from all walks of life and all nationalities to visit this channel....So come on in and see what we are all about! |
